Here goes nothing....
After not playing a wrestling game since HCTP I saw the commercial for SvR 06 and soon later I walked out of Gamestop copy in hand. After playing offline with my brother a little bit, I decided to buy another copy so we could play online together. My first two weeks online was filled with non-stop 2 on 1 handicapped matches where we would both do almost nothing but shuffle side kick.
Soon after someone told me I was going on the PTA, linked me to Gamefaqs and Delriach's website. There I found a list of almost every unblockable and glitched situation in the game. I quickly made a CAW and put most of them on him. Shortly after {CO*DE}Klas offered me a tryout to join {CO*DE}. I accepted and played Fox (Not long after he left and handed the reigns of the clan to Beast.) in the match. After doing nothing but Hulk Up's, I was still allowed in the clan. Seeing that {CO*DE}InFiNiTe wouldn't fit I shortened my name to just the numbers of the online name I had been using at the time, and became {CO*DE}7789.
This is where I was first introduced to the "rules" of online play. Slowly but surely I cleaned up my act. After relying on caws for most of my online expirience I decided that I wanted to get better using in-game wrestlers. Seeing that I didn't like singles matches much, and {CO*DE}Beast was the only one that would use in-gamers with me, we ended up tagging more often than I did with my "regular" tag partner, Klas.
One day I stumbled upon NikeTheBike's movesets and was intrigued. It was then that I noticed how bad the movesets I had been using were. I mentioned it to Beast and from then on he and I edited movesets to be more realistic. Around that same time Ricasho nominated my brother to the PTA list for spamming Goldberg spears. Which was a blatant lie, but life went on. After I posted against him, he started joining my matches and eventually we became buddies.
Together he and I really got deep into realistic movesets; some said it was too much, but to us it wasn't enough. Around that same time a few of us got together on Yahoo and thought up L*L. (I believe PT-Hellfire came up with the tag.) It was going strong for a while then I lost my internet for a good 2-3 weeks, only to come back to a clan that had given up on the game. I played on, using more alternate accounts than I had previously. Sometime during all of this WWE-KAnE3o1 started tagging quite often.
When SvR 2007 came out I was excited to get the name "InFiNiTe". I then continued on with CoDe (Using mostly InFiNiTeLyCoDe) and tried to improve on it greatly. Then there was this whole issue with POeT. Beast didn't care much for the game so he didn't do much about it, I felt as if I was being screwed after I had done so much for that clan. So I shocked everybody and quit. Not long after I was banned from the website and put on their PTA list along with Ricasho and my brother Eagle. It was humorous to me, and I played on. Sometime during all of that Big Dog and I started P.A.M, which stood for POeT Annoys Me. I stayed solo for a while until Kane had almost no help with his WWE clan, so I joined them as WWE-Carlito (Never officially left them, until I joined RG.) to help him out a little bit. Big Dog also joined WWE around the same time, and that's when he and I started playing together often. SvR 07 was nearly dead in my mind up until this random rivalry with USF/LgZ started up. It became Ricasho, my brother (Possibly Ryan too, I don't remember), and I against like 30 people. Kane, BlackNMild, and Bameno made limited appearances aswell. This lasted a long time (We ended up winning.) and still continues to this day on their end.
I never bought SvR 08 due to hating the gameplay that I saw on IGN. My brother did buy it and not even Rick Rude could get me to play it often. I ended up giving up gaming for a while until Ricasho asked me to play 07 with him. After that I was hooked again, and played for a few months. Yet again, USF/LgZ started with us, and we still came out victorious. I gave up SvR again and got hooked on Madden 08.
I was skeptical about SvR 09 after seeing some gameplay videos, but I bought a copy for Ps3 and 360 after enjoying the demo. I knew more players on Ps3 so I played that more often at first. Eventually I got around to opening the 360 copy and enjoyed the game much more on there. Ryan (The Opportunist) found me while he was on the account he had before his current one. And we started tagging yet again. Both of us wanted to either join a clan or bring back L*L/CoDe. We decided to try and bring CoDe back, but neither of us had the desire to run or recruit for a clan. So we scrapped the idea and just played solo. From what I understand I already had an open invitation to join RG from Big Dog. Although, I never took him up on it because I liked just staying on my own. After thinking about it I decided that I would probably enjoy SvR more if I had people to play that wouldn't glitch me to hell. Not long after I told Big Dog I'd join if the offer was still on the table. Now I'm a Ring General
I'm sure I forgot some major things but I'm pretty tired, I'll probably revise it some other time.
Enjoy.
